
Paragon isn’t a business that just pays lip service to employee training. Its commitment to development has produced tangible results - benefiting employees, the business and the wider community.
The time, money and effort invested in employee development has helped our employees grow in both a professional and personal capacity. Training days are above the national average and employees are encouraged to gain professional qualifications, for which they are supported financially and given time off to study.
From day one employees are mentored and supported, educated about Paragon and their role within it and are encouraged to visit other departments within the Group. Their progression is supported, areas that could be improved upon are identified and specialist training provided to develop those skills. As a result, our employees are motivated and confident in their jobs.
Paragon’s commitment to training has been recognised by Investors in People (IiP), which has granted Paragon IiP status for over 12 consecutive years. The Group is working towards IiP Champion status, which means it will be able to help other organisations to improve their employee development.
